Let me make this perfectly clear, the 5 Stars are for Tyler & Only Tyler. He did a wonderful job of fixing my gate. The fee I feel was a little high for what was done. Before you think I don't know what I'm talking about I did my due diligence. I was told by call center that the Service Charge would be put towards the charge & it wasn't. The best part was dealing with Tyler. He was kind & professional & knew his stuff.
